As an accomplished entrepreneur and chief executive officer of four high-growth technology and media industry companies, Karen drove goal attainment across operations, international sales, and marketing. With experience spanning startups to large organizations, she leverages team leadership and executive vision to enable innovation realization, resilient strategy, efficient operations, and sustainable revenue.

She is the recipient of multiple local and national awards on entrepreneurship and women’s leadership; Protégé of Committee of 200, a premier women’s leadership organization; and founder of the Atlanta Council of Directors (ACOD) a TiE Atlanta Pillar.

Karen and her husband, Rick, have one college-aged daughter and enjoy traveling, boating, reading, and spending time with family.
